DAMAGED ITEMS:

Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please contact me at TelanciaAdams@Gmail.com and forward photos of any perceived damage.

LOST PACKAGES:

Faith & Fashion is NOT responsible for packages after the postal carrier has marked delivered. Customer assumes full responsibility after packages leave my care, this is marketplace standard. Faith & Fashion is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages once they leave our office.
